Videos of Professor Mahmood Yakubu, the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INE) admitting publicly that the 2019 general elections results will be transmitted electronically have been popping up online.
The video purportedly shared online by supporters of the People’s Democratic Party Presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, shows INEC saying the presidential election results will be transmitted electronically from all collation centers.
The INEC chairman point also was buttressed by the Returning Officer for Akwa Ibom, in a video shared online of Professor Mike Igini in interview with Seun Okin of Channelstv on Sunday Politics.

We need to start a campaign that will compel Mahmood Yakubu to give an account of his activities as INEC boss. He lied openly and brazenly to Nigerians about result collation via INEC server. It takes a rascal with no conscience to disenfranchise an entire nation.#AtikuIsComing pic.twitter.com/SiGABgw8mv
